The Scholarship Program of the Secretariat of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, aims to grant scholarships to persons who possess Ecuadorian citizenship rights, who wish to graduate in higher education studies at the technical or technological levels , either third or fourth level in the most prestigious centre of higher education in the world.
